We are experiencing a new election process in our country. Our wish for the 25th January elections is for our people to go to the polls and with their freewill support their candidates. As the FEP Party we will not participate in these elections because of the 3% undemocratic electoral threshold.
The history and culture of the Karachay-Balkar people are the topics of the conference in Moscow, which is attended by more than 300 Turkic scientists from 16 countries.
